Energy in Motion has purpose
Holistic Approach to Emotional Expression
Our EMOTIONAL EXPRESSION is a composition of three fundamental and culturally written ideas that govern our understanding of expectations over our lifetimes. Our relationship to the Divine is mental. Our mental energies are directly tied to spirit, both neurologically and energetically. WHAT OUR MIND BELIEVES, believes it knows, and knows from experience, is a reflection of our past and present navigation of both the human body we reside in, our generational DNA and the culmination of our perspectives within the pendulum swing of life.
Three significant aspects of our EMOTIONAL EXPRESSION are held in our birth chart, the development of our alchemy intuition and our parenting & family patterns, representing our first tribal core environment and many of the secrets of our hidden belief systems and childhood perceptions that hold us back today.
EMOTIONAL & SPIRITUAL SPECIALIZATIONS
Emotional Protective Patterns
During childhood we establish the patterns and milestones of our personal development, beliefs, rules and the laws that govern those beliefs.
- Reward vs. Punishment
- Punishment vs. Consequence
- Consequence vs. Acceptance
- Acceptance vs. Rejection
- Rejection vs. Reward
Emotional Protective Tension is held in mindsets. Difficult to see and change, but not impossible for those who are tired of fighting everything, and nothing.
Conscious and Subconsciouness
The human brain (mind) creates pathways during pregnancy that set our ability to recognize patterns and accurate cause/effect relationships.
- Am I safe; Or not?
- Am I loved; Or not?
- Am I wanted; Or not?
- Am I heard (validated); Or not?
- Am I included; Or Alone?
Considered more influenceable than Beliefs, learning to spot these matrices is a game changer. Emotional Protective Tension is reactive, defensive or simply shutdown and depressed.
Emotional Intelligence and Regulation
Behaviors originate from feeling, or not feeling, emotions. Emotions are feelings in motion or stagnation. Our human brain is the control tower.
- Respond or react
- Listen or ignore
- Assess or jump to conclusions
- Self-observe or Self-preserve
- Justify or Reconcile
Our body and brain are co-dependent. This loop is so innate that we often fail to see or feel ourselves swing from thoughts to feelings. These loops are dependent on ritual / routine to motivate the mind.
